Project : - SABIC MEGA HOUSING PROJECTS – PHASE III HAII JALMUDAH PACKAGE No. 2, 3 & 4

Client : - SABIC

Key Responsibility Areas:

ü  Establishing Project Execution strategy

ü  Establishing a subcontracting plan / Strategy

ü  Establishing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)

ü  Issuing and maintaining schedule control procedures

ü  Identifying project activities and integrating engineering, procurement and construction activities into one comprehensive project execution plan.

ü  Developing and issuing various types / levels of project schedules

ü  Identifying / Monitoring the critical paths

ü  Resource Planning and optimal resource mobilization

ü  Issuing Progress Measurement Method

ü  Analysing schedule trends

ü  Planning and initiating corrective actions for delays

ü  Updating and monitoring the schedules, incorporating any changes occurring during project execution

ü  Preparing and issuing progress schedule and progress reports

ü  Hold a progress meeting

Key Projects Handled:

ü  Construction of 1280 Villa where 878 Nos. Precast Villa and 402 Nos. Conventional Villa worth 1278 Million SAR. The Project including side Development and construction of Housing Facilities.
