Achievements:

As a member of the IDEA Team, a strategic marketing/sales group chartered to Identify, Define, Evaluate and Advance ideas for “large new opportunities”, successfully created comprehensive strategic/tactical business/sales plans for: Smart Home Technology, Customer Premise Units (CPUs), DSL system equipment and Passive Optical Network Units (PONs).  New product sales resulting were more than $40MM the first year.

Successfully defined, championed and developed the “Application Selling” program - a software package that provided a technology knowledge database and “solution sales” tool for 3M sales teams.  Conducted sales training seminars to world-wide sales organization.  This resulted in $30MM in new sales in first year implemented.
