2. Exercised Quality Assurance Plan for the development of newly exploring organization by proper documentation of the entire activities at site.

3. Coordinating with statutory authorities for obtaining of approvals, clearances for various disciplinaries.

4. On client’s requirement had entered the Contracts, finalized least (L1) amongst the lot during commercial bidding.

3. On time delivery of the project before the 1^st IPL match at Pune in Mar-13’, Client appreciation for the services for the completion of project in stipulated time period.

Job Description: Senior Engineer-Planning

Project: TOSHIBA-JSW, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Key Result Areas:

1. This brown field project, concept to commissioning activities has been awarded to TCE-PMC in Jan-2011.  

2. Joined the site in Apr-12’ and made amendments to the existing planning department’s approach towards the reporting and detailing of the activities that are parallel at site. Has acted as multidisciplinary persona for this project. Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Contractor’s Schedule fixations and tracking their activities as per the Work Order.

3. The infrastructure for the HIGH SPEED BALANCING UNIT- A testing unit for the turbine that can generate up to 1000MW power was supervised by TCE. The HSB is the 2^nd largest in Asia after the one in Japan.

4. Equipment installation related BOQ preparations and market price comparisons with the vendor’s makes.

5. Identified areas of obstruction / breakdowns and took steps to rectify the equipments by awarding contracts to service engineers.

6. Dealt with service engineers and took care of their work schedules.
