NATURE OF DUTIES PERFORMED:

·         Tracking Pipe requirement with SCM dept and Controlled pipe to minimize wastage.

·         Planning and monitoring of L-2 schedule and workforce to achieve the targeted dates.

·         Handled voluminous paper work and handed over erected & tested pipeline.

·         Capable in client role and contractor role very effectively and checking of works, drawings, monitoring

                 And analyzing physical problems.  

·         Achieved zero accidental rates while working in critical & confined space with high quality standard                                         to prepare layouts with client for the Projects as per process & material flow needs & to form documents for layouts and design modifications at various stages of progress of project.

·         To list down the resources need for the project.

·          To establish time span of project execution as per the project specifications.                                                                                            

·          To improve quality of fabrication, release of fabrication drawings & their checking and bill of material calculation.

·         To ensure on time fabrication of sections as per schedule & procurement of steel without failure.

·         To prepare planning of daily, weekly & monthly targets & discuss project status, review the progress during the course of project manages execution on time.

·         To prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress for Engineers India Ltd. to give them accurate &                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    timely information to facilitate faster decision making, planning & control.
