Description:

Construction of Dubai Central Prison Project (Comprising of 45 buildings) Contract Cost –80 Million

Construction of 3 Residential Towers at different locations in Dubai with combined project cost of $34 Million.

Tasks:

Ÿ  Prepared master program having more than 15000 activities

Ÿ  Ongoing Scheduling and Status Reporting.

Ÿ  Prepare construction programs for site teams

Ÿ  Prepare short term programs

Achievements:

Ÿ  Developed good relationship with client & the site team

Ÿ  Prepared individual program schedules for all suby to integrate with the master schedule.

Ÿ  Successfully claimed Extension of Time for client delays
