·         Responsible for the successful delivery of the project safely, on time and within budget to the full satisfaction of the client, stakeholders and the contractual requirements. This project is an EPC including Design Build, Civil Construction, Temporary Construction Jetty, Transportation infrastructure, Road and highway networks, including structures (bridges, tunnels, culverts, retaining walls), signage and markings, electrical systems (street lighting and traffic lights), control systems, fire and gas, a Mega critical project with short timeline.

·         Prepared regular reports and briefing papers/Executive Dash Boards on the progress of the capital program for presentation to stake holders. Managed risk across the capital program and preparation of management reports to propose strategies for possible mitigation.

·         Provided coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate levels of liaison to support program delivery.

·         Directed the implementation of the programs execution plan, detailed schedule, accident prevention and commissioning programs.

·         Implementation of a full-circle approach comprised of project take-over, kick-off, establishing procedures, execution, budget control, regular in-process reviews including risk analysis and mitigation till completion

·         Ensuring adherence to project governance guidelines  for continuing with next phase of project activities within approved budget & schedule,

·         Ensuring team KPI be met aligning with department’s KPIs as well as Company’s KPIs

·         Monitored  Engineering activities of all engineering (FEED, detailed design engineering, Safety studies)

·         Driving Procurement action (PR to PO and end delivery) and construction progress review & expedite   in coordination with in house team, EPC contractors vendors.

·         Closure of Contract (supply item, EPC Contracts) ensuring LD assessment, As Built dossier submission with acceptance of all the stakeholders.

·      Analysed & prepared program Evaluating Contractor’s Extension of Time requests and preparing recommendations to the Engineer.
