1. Arrange a baseline review workshop with the client to ensure schedule developed is clearly understood and accept. 
2. Develop change control process and present it to the design and delivery teams to ensure adherence to the process. 
3. Develop and present schedule management system for inclusion into the project management plan. 
4. Cost loaded the master schedule and produced cash flow report to enable client to establish funding requirements. 
5. Calculate earn value, SPI and CPI to give management clear understanding of the performance of the project. 
6. Review consultants schedule to establish cost loaded schedules consistent with the baseline master schedule. 
7. Preparation of planning package for tenders and projects. 
8. Develop progress measurement system for projects. 
9. Monitoring/update of project planning/ progress measurement, preparation of regular reports for internal purposes and for clients. 
10. Preparation and updating of cash flow statements for various projects. 
11. Preparation of measurement sheets and regular invoices. 
12. Plan resource requirements, monitor manpower deployment schedules and assist in forecast. 
13. Provide guidance in the identification, development and implementation of opportunities for project cost savings 
14. Identify and develop cost control methods. 
15. Coordinate with project manager/ lead engineer and site manager to ensure timely completion of projects. 
16. Play a lead role in working with the Project Management team in generating weekly and ad-hoc status reports 
17. Identify, create, and implement systems and procedures to enhance and streamline the planning activities.
