Responsible for providing Project Office support for Highways, Rail and Rail Maintenance and I&C projects ensuring projects delivered on time and to budget.

• Production and maintenance of Project Plans (Microsoft Project) and associated Work Breakdown Structures.
• Project Cost management from sales handover including resource planning Key Milestone and Earned Value Analysis reporting.
• Development of project reports and associated processes and procedure improvements.
• Issues management.
• Risk management.
• Attending monthly progress meetings to record minutes and actions.
• Monitoring and control of divisional project variations.
• Documentation Management.
• EPI – Environmental Project Indicators reporting.
