Ø  Planning works:

·        Prepared Work Schedule for pre-construction & during construction phase

·        Monitor work schedule to assure that each activities are progressing smoothly on time

·        In case of delays, prepare catch up work schedules & discuss to contractors possible solutions to cope up with the delays

·        Update work schedules

·        Prepare revised work schedule in case there are time extensions on the project

·        Inform the contractor & immediately discuss solutions for activity or activities that might incur delays

·        Review the work schedule submitted by the contractors

 

Ø  Attend Management Coordination Meeting with the Owners, Architects and Designers, report the construction progress and make recommendation to ensure expeditious performance and on schedule completion of the project.

 

Ø  Conduct and preside daily / weekly jobsite Coordination Meeting among the Contractor’s and Coordination with the Designers and Architects the encountered problem during the construction period.

 

Ø  Prepare Budgetary Estimate for various Change Orders/ Variation Orders.

 

Ø  Prepare cost saving analysis, i.e. works item to be Sublette, participation in canvassing of material / equipment to determine cheaper source for project cost saving.

 

Ø  To assist and facilitate preparation of Construction Agreement, Letter of Award / Notice to Proceed.

 

Ø  Preparation of Construction Budget,  various bid packages and procurement of Owner’s supply materials / equipment.

 

 

Ø  Prepare punch-list works with completion schedule, facilitate documentation of works turn-over and prepared / review project closed out report

 

Ø  Monitor and conduct daily inspection of miscellaneous civil works to ascertain that contractors’ works are being done with quality & in conformity with Plans and specification.

 

Ø  Keep report files from pre-construction period up to the completion of the project.
