TECHNICAL (PLANNING & SCHEDULING) EXPOSURE

• Planning and scheduling the daily mechanical work orders through computerized maintenance and management system according to the resources available and equipment available and criticality and Priority.
• Maintenance planning of following Machines & Equipment
• Furnace, Boiler, Pumps, Compressors, Heat Exchanger
• Review historical records of previously executed Turnaround work, collate information and develop data for assessing and planning the proposed Turnaround project
• Sound knowledge of SAP & (PM Module)
• Experience of working on Primavera Planner P6  Project (Planning tools)
• Had been accountable for creating a maintenance plan for all equipment’s on SAP and editing task   list for all activities for each Equipment in SAP.
• KPI’s, Reports and Presentations.
• Backlog report, follow up and completion.
• Planned Shutdown Unplanned shutdown planning and scheduling.
• Preparing S-curve to control & monitor the shutdown and planned events.
• Resources requirement evaluation such as manpower, machinery, spares, and materials and ensuring their optimum utilization.
• Responsible for coordinating the planning of all supporting services for a particular job and carrying out a multi discipline site visit to the equipment during the planning to ensure all discipline’s work is accounted for in the plan.
• Planning & monitoring the routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities to achieve high productivity by reducing breakdown time.
• Ensuring safety of personnel and equipment at working places.
• Planning of daily work schedule and major maintenance and allocation of manpower.
• Coordinating with other departments to streamline the activities to ensure proper workflow.
• Maintaining necessary documentation and preparing reports for analyzing the various processes.
• Controlling, monitoring the backlogs and preparing history for equipment shutdown and minor shutdowns.
