· Coordinate, review, prepare the plan and schedule for new or existing projects.

· Provide schedule impact for changes.

· Incorporate engineering, construction schedules into the performance measurement baseline.

· Provide earned value reporting and performance measurement.

· Provide man-hour and manpower figures and trends for cost analysis, including delayed construction, procurement and/or engineering deliverables.

· Formulate and recommend corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments and work requirements.

· Assist in development and implementation of project planning procedures appropriate for the project, which are in compliance with company and client requirements.

· Ensure that Project Controls deliverables are satisfied and Project Control Systems and procedures are implemented.
