Role:          

·         To Produce New Ship Building Overall Plan & update periodically upon ground realities.

·         To control overall Planning , Monitoring & Reporting of New Shipbuilding Division

·         To Prepare & analyze look ahead of Project w.r.t. engineering, procurement, Construction & Commissioning & provide the solutions for smooth running of the project.

·         To produce soft and hardcopy output of programs in numeric/graphic form including: MIS Reports, Bar Charts, Histograms, Networks & “S” Curve.

·         Preparing Project Progress Report in M.S. Excel.

·         Line balancing of different projects activity wise i.e. Hull, Piping, Electrical, Mechanical and outfitting works.

·         Generating MIS reports of Project schedule, material’s procurement, and Project monitoring.

·         Co-ordination with different departments – Design, Production & Purchaser.

·         Forecasting of launching & Delivery schedules through tide and owner’s requirements.

·         Coordinating with Purchaser for Material DOA & keeping the track of the same.

                        '         Generating Purchase Requisition & Work orders in SAP.
