Main activities and responsibilities :

  • Start up of Project Schedule and Progress Measurement for a new EPC Project located in Nigeria
  • Support to Team at Site for S/Cs Claim Management for Shah Gas Project Pkg 2 & 3, located in UAE
  • Follow up of Project Control Activities for Rabig Project, located in Saudi Arabian

 

NOV. 2011 – JAN 2013

Project Control Engineer for Shah Gas Project Pkg 2 & 3

 

Main activities and responsibilities :

  • Preparation, Updating and Management of the Project Schedule with particular focus on Construction Activities.
  • Management of Subcontractors for Project Control scope of work, with special focus on Building Works
  • Coordination of activities relevant to Heavy Equipments movement (transportation from port to site and cranes optimization at site)
  • Coordination of Risk Management activities.

Project Control – Planning & Risk Engineer for Shah Gas Project Pkg 2 & 3

 

Main activities and responsibilities :

  • Preparation, Updating and Management of the Project Schedule with particular focus on Engineering and Procurement Activities.
  • Risk Management Activities: identification, evaluation and monitoring of main Risk & Opportunities which could have a potential impact on the Project Objectives (Project Budget and/or Project Schedule).
  • Analysis of expected impact using software based on Montecarlo method.

Main activities and responsibilities :

  • Preparation, evaluation and analysis of progress for engineering and procurement & delivery activitiesperformed on weekly and monthly basis and reported to Client.
  • Reporting to Top Management of Project Performances on monthly and quarterly basis.
