Role: Planning Engineer
Project: Heathrow Terminal 2 contract signed by BAA & HETCo, a Joint venture (JV) between Ferrovial Agroman with Laing O’Rourke to build its new Terminal 2 at London’s Heathrow Airport.
Responsibilities:
- Review all relevant documentation to become familiar with the project. Attend site to monitor and inspect area after handover by contractor to determine readiness of work area and availability of materials.
- Create new fully resourced and logic loaded programmes when required, and produce regular S-Curv and Earned Value Analysis advising on cost and schedule performance and where necessary the required action such as, resource levelling.
