·         Developed and resource loaded project detailed schedule with close to 3000 individual activities using  Primavera Project Planner (P3) (Scheduling Tool)

·         Participated in the development of Estimate Confidence Package (ECP)  Template for the Project Controls Engineering  function

·         Developed Schedule Template for ECP using GanttBeDone which is MS Excel based programme that makes use of macros.

·         Monthly progress measurement using the agreed percentage weight attached to each milestone for each activity/ deliverable  

·         Stewardship and presentation of monthly project status, plan, actual and forecast reports

·         A key contributor to the development of 2 Lump Sum EPC Invitation to Tenders.  Developed Exhibit D (Company Schedule) Attachment, established key milestones from the Company’s detailed schedule, defined the intent of each milestone, the actions required to achieve that particular milestone.

·         Developed Company’s proposed cash flow during project execution to ensure perfect cash flow to contractor and smooth execution of the project

·         Developed Project’s Management of Change Procedure for execution of the project using standard company template

·         Participated in the development and revision of  the project Cost Estimate

·         Participated in the Project’s safety activities like Monthly Project Safety Meeting, Weekly Safety Presentation, Management Safety Walkthrough, U-See, U-Act
