·  Projects Planning, Execution & Co-ordination.

·  Comprehensive Study of Project Estimation with Estimation Team. 

·  Project Schedule are made for different projects as per Client Requirement - (Primevera P6)

·  Daily Progress evaluation of each projects & DPR Submission.

·   Weekly Projects Progress Review & Weekly Detailed Progress Reports Produced.

·  Purchase order, Forecast, Releasing Work Order and Showing Work Order Receipts.

·  Responsible for execution of Material & Resource Requirements Planning (MRP).

·  Coordinate with Execution Dept & Client to fulfill Master Production Schedule (MPS)

·  To conduct Safety training periodically to ensure hassle-free working environment.

·  Analyzing Plan versus Actual and to conduct the necessary Trouble Shoot Method.

·  Progress Recovery Plans are made in case of Job Criticality.

·  Chronology of Project is made after Project Completion
