- Preparing Baseline program with full details of Engineering/ Procurement, Construction, Testing Commissioning & Handing over
- preparing the Scope plan and monioring it
- Preparing Cashflow and Manpowr histogram
- Update weekly the progress, and calculate the variance
- Preparing Weekly and monthly reports in the format as spcified by Contract specifications and Client/Consultant requirements
- attending the Progress meetings with Client/Consultants
- Assisting the Planning Manger for preparing the Time extension claims
