The project consists of the “Experimental Phase” (EP) of the field development and includes both on and offshore facilities valued in excess of US$ 36 billion. EP nominal capacity of 450,000 bopd. Program challenges include extreme climate variations, environmental issues, diverse and multi-cultural project team, high H2S content combined with high pressure in a SIMOPS environment and global work sites for design, fabrication and construction activities.

Leading the cost, planning, performance and reporting processes, ensuring that relevant procedures are being followed and contributing to resolution of holds and delays. Co-ordinating the preparation of work programmes, ensuring their integration with other Company plans. Developing and when necessary, revising the multiyear and annual work programmes and budgets. Developing and monitoring KPI’s and targets. Analysing the performance and providing recommendations on the performance improvement. Managed, mentored and developed five Kazakh cost and planning engineers in the department.
