 Preparation of Baseline Master Schedule and Recovery programmes in Primavera P6.  Coordinate and Liaise with Project Managers to update the detailed work program and ensure interface issues.  Prepare programs and other detailed information necessary for substantiating Claims and provision with regards to planning and programming to the Commercial department.  Generating a set of reports (Management Control Charts, Progress Reports, and Look ahead programme, Productivity Report, Labour Histograms, Material Wastage Report and Dashboards) on weekly / monthly basis to monitor the progress report the status to higher management.  Development of Progress Measurement System to compare actual progress of work for all parameters i.e. physical, financial, time wise and contract wise and analyze the data for identification of recourse requirement.  To Prepare the Construction Schedule (overall, monthly and updates) in consultation with the project teams and ensure that all concerned are aware of plans.  Preparation of Primavera Master Schedule and to analyze the gaps between the planned Vs actual and highlights the areas needing attention for action of the project team.  To work out the recourse requirement (Man power, Equipment, Material etc.) so as to match the construction schedule.  Interactions with Owner / Engineering sub-contractor for Engineering inputs and follow up for their comments / approval.  Developing and submission of detailed and comprehensive construction programs including loading resources, financial implications and all relevant Contract requirements.
