Oversee the design and development of projects and technology while communicating, and responding to, the goals and needs of the company and its investors. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of business and technical activities.
- Develop and deliver project status updates communicating compliance with schedule and cost.
- Manage the procurement process, approve technical bid evaluations, and complete the purchase requisitioning. 
- Lead development of internal company procedures and processes related to Engineering and Procurement activities.
- Coordinate the design, installation, quality assurance, operation, testing, and maintenance of a project.
- Perform as top technical authority for opportunities and issues related to projects and technology development. 
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
