Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1.     Verifies all costs and expenses incurred onsite by Saudi Oger directly (Concrete works), identifies any variances with forecasted budget and compiles Cost Control Report to be submitted to Service Manager and Site Project Manager.

2.     Verifies all costs and expenses incurred onsite by Subcontractors and billed to Saudi Oger, identifies any variances with forecasted budget and compiles Cost Control Report to be submitted to Service Manager and Site Project Manager.

3.     Compiles and categorizes all costs incurred onsite by Saudi Oger directly or indirectly into a complete Cost Report, to be forwarded as and when required.

4.     Drafts budget forecasts for equipment, installations and indirect manpower (non-laborer) requirements, at the beginning of projects or for new requirements and change orders, and sends draft to the Section Etude de Prix.

5.     Records and categorizes all onsite expenses according to Chart of Accounts, and sends to Accounts Department for registration in the books.

6.     Develops project progress report capturing manpower hours, concrete production and equipment use for presentation to Site Project Manager, and participates in meetings to recommend improvements.

7.     Develops project progress report capturing indirect manpower hours and equipment costs onsite for presentation to Site Project Manager, and participates in meetings to recommend improvements.

8.     Develops full report on current and forecasted manpower requirements and submits to Site Project Manager for review.

9.     Assigns responsibilities to subordinates, continually providing guidance and monitoring progress, completeness and accuracy of work.

10.  Reviews and authorizes work completed by subordinates.
