  • Sadara is the world’s largest chemical complex ever built in a single phase, with 26 integrated world-scale manufacturing plants and 25 billion USD budget
  • Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical Company established a JV named Sadara and KBR was the PMC. Project was led by the PMT which consisted of Aramco, Dow Chemical and KBR Inc. staff. I worked as the Planning and Scheduling Manager of Chemicals-III Program and led both the PMTs and EPC Contractors’ (Jacobs, AFW, and TR) project controls teams
  • Reported directly to Chemicals-III Project Director
  • Prepared and updated Program Master Project Schedule and Integrated  Commissioning and Start-up Schedule for Sadara Program Management
  • Approval of EPC Contractors’ baseline schedules and progress measurement systems
  • Productivity analysis, create forecasts and delay analysis
  • Prepared closeout reports and lessons learned
  • Prepared reports to Sadara Management
