- Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical Company established a JV named Sadara and KBR was the PMC. Project was led by the PMT which consisted of Aramco, Dow Chemical and KBR Inc. staff. I worked as the Planning and Scheduling Manager of Chemicals-III Program and led both the PMTs and EPC Contractors’ (Jacobs, AFW, and TR) project controls teams
- Reported directly to Chemicals-III Project Director
- Prepared and updated Program Master Project Schedule and Integrated Commissioning and Start-up Schedule for Sadara Program Management
- Approval of EPC Contractors’ baseline schedules and progress measurement systems
- Productivity analysis, create forecasts and delay analysis
- Prepared closeout reports and lessons learned
