§Preparation of ‘S’ curve and calculation Cost and Time overrun

§Management Reporting

§Carry out and monitor the planning & scheduling for HSGP project as well as reporting the progress report which is dynamic in nature.

§Establish and integrate the project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and Work Breakdown Structure and budget planning as well as monitor and control the Project cost.

§Frequently required to advice the project team, react very quickly and implement Project on a fast track basis arising from change in strategy, hiccups, optimization, etc to enable on time completion of the project, within the budget and minimize production downtime.

§Prepare, integrate and disseminate where required project schedules, ranging from high level schedules to detailed schedules using scheduling tools to ensure a realistic target of timely completion of the project.

§Continuously communicate with the Project team the critical path, highlight the activities that potentially increase the risk of the schedule and closely monitor the project schedule

§Prepare project cost estimates, counter estimates/tender estimate, budgets, cash flow phasing, cost control and change control ranging from high level cost data to detailed level cost data.

§Prepare Project Budget for Board approval and prepare for the implementation of project and plant change cost re-estimates and budget revisions to ensure they are in line with CLIENT accounting principles to ensure proper fund allocation and effective cost expenditure.

§Analyze and forecast the cost expenditure of the project based on the cost expenditure of the projects against budgeted and execute corrective and preventive actions whenever necessary to ensure that there will be no budget overruns.

§Track and report actual project expenditure against the budget and highlight the risk associated to the cost overrun to the Project team and recommend the countermeasures

§Prepare and monitor the project budget distribution to ensure full optimisation of resources and cost effectiveness in meeting the overall strategies and objectives of Project Implementation Plans.

Verify actual contractors’ manhours and cost expenditure of all activities related to the projects against the project budget and process invoices to ensure claim is justifiable
