Responsible for building and progressing of integrated master schedule on a business jet tail development program. Planning witheld a level 1 to 4 planning (from Contract milestones to day to day schedule per engineer), Actual hours vs. earned value (CPI / SPI on control accounts), Interface milestones, tollgates, contract deliverables, etc. Progress reporting included: CPI / SPI, delivery delinquencies, look a heads, individual task sheets, milestones schedules, critical paths, etc.
