- Performing, supervising, co-ordinating and controlling all necessary Planning, Scheduling and Progress activities to ensure that they are performed for the entire scope of the Project and run in accordance with the company rules.

- Providing an appraisal  of the planning status to complete the Project and to propose action plan in case of planning slippage.

- Implementing, updating with Project Managers all the necessary procedures and database  for the Project Planning control  in all phases of the realization of the project (this includes Engineering, Permitting, Procurement, Call For tenders, Construction, Commissioning and Start up).

- Providing all the tools and procedures to measure the physical progress of all phases and to consolidate with the WBS the Project Overall Progress S curves.

- Establishing and implementing with all Contractors the necessary procedures of coordination to secure the Project visibility on Contractors progress.

- Consolidating all necessary progress reports and indicators to facilitate Direction Management.

- Regular reporting of the planning status of the Project.
