Responsible for all planning, cost control, bid pricing (in consultation with Operations Manager), QA, commercial transactions and reporting and project performance reporting within the Odebrecht Oil & Gas - Aberdeen operations. Develop the local standard procedures and work instruction for insertion into the Aberdeen Operations quality plan.  Where appropriate assist in the development of project specific procedures.  Take lead role in annual QA external audits for the ISO 9000 quality assurance accreditation. Software experience covers Primavera Suretrak & P3, Microsoft Project 4, Artemis and Openplan as planning packages, with Microsoft Excel and Access for cost control.
