Duties:

• Prepare the type / level of programs and the system for measuring progress (During the initial phase)
• Prepare budget histograms, tables, curves, "logbooks" of resources (workforce, materials, equipment) as a baseline reference for the control during the various stages implementing the project.
• Update all programs with Primavera P6 and MSP, collecting updated data, considering the times and delays in completing the project by monitoring actual progress to date and productivity compared with the Scheduled Baselines.
• Did critical path analysis and produced planned and actual S-curves and analyze it to monitor project progress and proposed corrective action.
