·         Coordination with execution team to ensure timely & cost effective implementation of Project.

·         Review of contractor’s schedules and monthly reports (MPR) and providing detailed comments.

·         Preparation of MIS Reports along with Progress Curves for Management

·         Preparation of Agenda Points & Minutes for monthly review meeting with Project Managers (external & internal)

·         Planning out detailed phase activities of R&R (Rehabilitation & Resettlement) & preparation of schedule in MSP

·         Responsible for assuring that all the Team Members are familiar with the scope of the project and all are on same page

·         Performing all Project Closure Activities

·         Post-project evaluation & to identify any process improvements that can be made to client and distribute information to cross-functional groups. (lessons learned)

·         Generate monthly Over-runs Report. Over-runs need to be handled as per Over-run authorization procedure.

·         Generate Forecast Report of Billing Schedules and Work Done-Not Billed (WDNB). Monitor Actual Billing and WDNB against the Forecast Report. Carryout receivable data analysis.

·         Track Revision of Work-Orders due to revisions by the Customer, Splitting of Jobs, Out-Sourcing etc. and ensure that the Project forecast Data is properly revised.

·         Carry out micro level Resource Planning, in consultation with the PMs and the VHs or the OH. Resource Planning shall include parameters like Skills and Competency Levels of the Resource, Time Schedules, and Work-Hours provided on the Job etc. Monthly monitoring and revisions need to be carried out.

Monitor Quality audit schedules.
