Key Responsibilities:    

·   Review of tender program during bidding phases.

·   Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.

·   Continually assess ongoing processes to identify areas for potential improvement. As required, participate in initiatives to improve processes (i.e. participate in working groups).

·   Produces consolidated reporting, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred.

·   Ensure compliance with the Company’s financial policies and procedures to include revenue recognition policies and project set up rules. Serve as a liaison between the business office and operations.

·   Analyzes and provides synthesis of key information to Managers.

·   Manages the Project documentation repositories.

·   Assisting Supervisors and engineers in delay impact analysis.

·   Follow up of issue’s impacting the projects schedule.

·   Monitoring and analyzing progress & efficiency of each project and reporting to supervisors and managers.

·   Ensuring extra works (RFA’s) are incorporated in program.

·   Updating & maintaining the RFA logs.

·   Critically analyzing of projects and raising flags in case of slippage.

·   Preparation of projects progress monitoring charts for graphical visualization of projects.

·   Assisting supervisors and managers for board presentations and meetings.

·   Assisting team and managers as needed.

·   Maintaining a data base of projects progress.

·   Provide financial guidance and support to facilitate the accurate set-up, performance and reporting of projects.

·   Coordinate with the Financial Administrators to ensure project invoices are accurately prepared and timely submitted.

·   Regularly monitor assigned project performance and cost estimates to complete estimates at completion (EAC) for reasonableness against plans and actual expense rate.

·   Collaborate with the Financial Administrators on the monthly reconciliation of billed/unbilled vs. revenue activity to include researching unexplained reconciling items.

Review of contractor’s baselines, recovery and monthly updated program and instructions to consultant.
