· Participating in tenders prices analysis and negotiations for various materials.
· Auditing for contractors and letters of award for different work packages.
· Prepare and reviewing projects program plans, construction methodologies of construction and coordination with site management.
· Approve selection, employment, assignment and development of planning personnel in region. In accordance with the Planning Competency Assessment map, assess training needs and support the development and implementation of training programs.
· Coordinate with Consultant, contractors and clients, appointing sub vendors and sub-contractors for various activities and evaluating their performance.
· Working and collaborating with the Engineering and Tendering Team mates including technical, planning, scheduling, material, contracting and business staff to develop, coordinate and help in planning and executing capital projects.
· Prepare detailed cost estimates for various types of projects, at all scales.
· Review cost estimates for post funding (Change Orders, Project Change Request. etc) and provide
Contracts.
· Making sure our pricing methodologies are accurate and cost/risk reflective;
· Providing commercial and analytical information to add value to the business.
· Establishes and maintains the planning work breakdown structure and schedule hierarchy for the project.
· Oversees the implementation of milestone schedules, the development and maintenance of the management schedule, engineering progress monitoring, procurement/construction monitoring and update of the Baseline Works Program and reported of schedule progress and status.
· Directing all program level schedule development and maintenance monitoring activities. Develops, interprets, and executes policy objectives and standards applicable to schedule maintenance and the monitoring of development functions.
· Directing schedule analysis/study and problem-solving activities.
· Managing schedule change control, contract notice and reporting requirements and is responsible for maintaining schedule quality control and contractual compliance.
· Overseeing all facets of project management, including project control, cost management, change management and subcontractor management.
· Providing guidance to project director on overall schedule impacts and solutions.
· Successfully completed construction of the Deanship building at Al- Hasa King Faisal University of an area of 30000 SFT.
· Co-ordination of all project development activities leading to the finalization of the implementation agreement and financial closure, including financial, legal, engineering, and commercial activities.
· Coordinating all statutory authority permissions and arrange for all design approvals in order to commence work and also coordinate final approvals by Local Authorities;
· Coordinated with different agencies, vendors and subcontractors in completing the Project within scope, approved time and with Quality.
· Managed a group of 550 + workers in the workplace with the effective in completion the works with quality, cost & time.
· Implemented a productivity enhancement program “Management Control System” across all Al Khodari Project types (Building, infrastructure, Sewage Network, Storm water Projects and cleaning projects) to enhance the performance in productions.
Critically analyzing projects and raising flags in case of slippage.
