Work Profile Develop and maintain the WBS and project schedule of the principle phases, project activities, events, durations, sequencing, detailing key activities and milestone events, constraints and influencing factors affecting the project schedule. Provide the team with an integrated, comprehensive management tool providing critical path method scheduling. Undertake planning scheduling studies (analysis) including identification of potential and delay activities and impacts of critical components of the project. Provide information and feedback on construction productivity, outputs, resourcing, durations and sequencing of future planning application. Responsible to assist Project Manager to plan work program for the projects, which involves planning, tracking of work schedule and updating, and tracking schedule of activities to cater the original plan. Developing feasibility study for possibilities potential delays and mitigation plan to be submitted to client for the proper work schedule and planning purposes. To develop strategies and proper justification on the requisition of EOT to subcontractors and cost impact with the contract to the company. Prepare work plan for tendering new project for the company. Liaison with consultants and sub-contractor to ensure work is executed according to specifications and drawings/proposal. Provide weekly, monthly management reports to management.Project Involved
