Responsible for developing and delivering the first rolling 2 year Near Term Work Plan (NTWP) for decommissioning Bradwell power station.
Managed the migration of planning and cost data from standalone primavera portfolios into Enterprise system.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Contributed at national level to the planning strategy of the NTWP and in defining a logical EPS and WBS for the operational and decommissioned Magnox Power stations.
Presentations and proposals to gain the commitment and support of senior management, unfamiliar with project management methodology.
