We I first joined ISG I was employed as an assistanst construction manager and shortly joining the company trained and coached me to manage my own projects.  During the time I was employed at ISG I was promoted me to a construction manager then finally a senior construction manager where I was undertaking larger and more complex projects not only in fit out but refurbishment projects in the Mayfair and Kensington areas.  Most of my duties were site based, however as I became more experienced my role developed more into design managment responsibilities where I would chair design meetings and deign workshops and technical problem solving between deisgners and sub-contractors.
