Project Description:

            I have done the project planning of residential scheme (G+7) includes 2BHK & 3BHK.I had done the project planning right from the excavation to possession activity .During planning I was involve with technical team of Vasudha developer’s, which helps to give solution according to their requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Assists with the design and construction management of assigned public works capital projects including review of design documents, construction plans, specifications, right-of-way plans, legal documents, contract documents, technical reports, project schedules, and project cost estimates.

·         Maintains project budgets, reviews payments to consultants and contractors; conducts project management for all work performed; and reviews on-site progress relating to inspections and quality control.

·         Development of baseline schedule using Primavera /MS Project2010/2013.

·         Preparation of short term detailed schedule based on baseline schedule.

·         Monitor and update project schedules, and prepare daily and monthly reports.

·         Updating actual progress and all related information & comparison analysis.

·         Coordination construction and mechanical planning activity between Project Manager & contractor.

·         Prepare Resource Estimation for the construction and product management.

·         Preparation of project Cash flow.

·         Taking out the Quantities for all types of work as per drawing.

·         Preparation of Running Bills & Reconciliation of Material.

·         Execution of work as per drawings & Speciation within the time frame.

·         Controlling the labour force.

·         Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets. 

·         Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.
