- Preparing Construction Schedule at Bid Submission Stage.
- Preparing Detailed Implementation Schedule (After Contract award).
- Preparing CPA (Critical Path Analysis) & Baseline Schedules.
- Developing Manpower histogram & Other Progress Tracking, “S” curves.
- Reporting Delay & Claims.
- Dealing with Scope changes/Variances.
- Maintain all contract related files and data bases in accordance with the Scheduling and Quality Manuals.
- Forecasting on an ongoing basis, prepare and communicate forecasts of each project’s projected volume
requirements in accordance with the Scheduling Manual and company quality procedures.
- Regular site visits and telephone conversations maintain a good rapport with site personnel and management.
- Highlight potential problems in advance of supply. Actively pursue programmes and critical information to maintain
continuity of supply.
