Lead Planner - LU Projects

I provided planning expertise for all London Underground projects related to Station Modernisation and Enhancement works. Specific projects involved the replacement of life expired HV cabling at Ruislip and Hainault (Central line) depots & Northumberland Park (Victoria line) depot.

I used high levels of expertise, in planning and project control techniques, to ensure I provided clear and concise plans using the companies planning package (P3 & P3e/c). These allowed project staff to fully identify their own area of responsibility. This also allowed personnel such as design and construction engineers to deliver work content to plan.

I was also responsible for the production of periodic progress and risk analysis reports, including Critical Path and Earned Value Analysis, for Project Directors and our main Clients alike.
