Lead Planner - Subsurface Railway (SSR) Project

I provided overall day to day programme management for Transport for London’s SSR infrastructure upgrade programme of works. The works are the precursor for the introduction of new rolling stock in 2012. Responsibilities include provision of information including critical path analysis, look-ahead programmes and interrogation of the sub-contractors programmes to ensure adherence to agreed delivery timescales as well as providing advice for remedial action where necessary.

I was personally responsible for the production of all periodic dashboards and progress reports, particularly progress against plan for the introduction and commissioning of the new fleet of ‘S’ stock trains.

In addition I was responsible for the production of Earned Value and Critical Path Analysis reports, using Primavera (P6 version 8.1), for the central Project Controls Team
