Planning Engineer 

.Analysis of tender information and review tender programmes before submission.

·Review and understand the scope of works through drawings post award of contract.

·Discuss with site team for realistic production rates and resource levels for the works being undertaken. Understand the site constraints and logistics. Discussion with all departments such as Design, M&E and sub-contractors in order to produce a fully coordinated plan.

·Preparation of baseline programs using Primavera P6 V7 and MS Project software, analysis of critical path incorporating the risks identified and finalization of the schedule in discussion with the client.

·Resource loading and tracking of above enlisted projects on a monthly basis and ensure work is completed as per the schedule.

·Preparation of programme associated cost trends/cash flows and job cost reports for management.

·Incorporating productivity details for baseline program and performing productivity analysis during execution.

·Supply chain management and logistics - Ensure that the bought out items (long lead items) order is placed at the right time and subsequent follow up for delivery of the same at site to adhere to the planned schedule.

·Monitoring of Daily Progress Reports for above enlisted projects and addressing the issues immediately by advising the site about the criticality of the situations as necessary.

·Preparation of monthly management reports (Financial) highlighting Order bookings, Order Backlogs, Sales, Costs, Gross Margins, Working Capitals, and Return on Capital Employed. The above parameters were used for estimating the Project’s Health in the organization and addressing financial issues on a monthly basis and maximize profitability

·Contract management – Preparation of claims as per contractual stipulations.

·Conversant with FIDIC conditions of contract.

·Training Graduate Engineering Trainees in Planning with Primavera software and explaining standard operating procedures

·Assistance in preparation of rate analysis for tendering
