·         Preparing work program, progress s-curve, CPM, WBS, progress report, monthly progress claims and mitigation plan.

·         Attended meeting with client, sub-contractors, consultant and local authority.

·         Maintain ISO and inspection with client.

·         Internal and external coordination meeting to plan activities.
