Roles and responsibilities:
- Reviewed, commented and verified on contractors planning and scheduling documents.
- Reviewed and verified contractors’ Physical Progress, Planned Progress against Actual
- Ensured that contractors’ schedules and systems are integrated to measure, trend, and forecast the work, and are in place and managed.
- Performed constant analysis of the entire scheduling document in order to anticipate and inform PMT / Project team of any potential slippage in all phases of the project.
- Suggested Project solutions and mitigation measures
- Contribute to the change management process, analysing and reporting schedule and cost impacts to the project.

DOMESTIC GAS PROJECTS - West Domgas (Ughelli, Utorogu) NAG Development
Position: Senior project controls reporting
Project Description:The Ughelli East field NAG development entails installation of a new 150MMscfd NAG plant adjacent to the existing Utorogu NAG Plant, re-routing of new and currently producing Ughelli East NAG wells to the new Utorogu location, installation of a return sales pipeline to Ughelli East sales manifold to service existing consumers around Ughelli East (Beta Glass Ltd, PHCN Ughelli and Delta Steel Company, Aladja), and installation of an export pipeline to ELPS.
Project Cost: 282.55 million US dollars

DOMESTIC GAS PROJECTS - AG Solutions Phase 1
Position: Senior project controls reporting
Project Description: The project will provide AG gathering compression facilities of different duties / sizes for a number of fields in the SPDC Western areas of operation.

DOMESTIC GAS PROJECTS - ALAKIRI AG & NAG REFURBISHMENT PROJECT
Position: Senior project controls reporting
Project Description: Installation of a new NAG processing facility and the provision of a compression package to provide an integrated AG solution for the adjacent Alakiri Flowstation.

DOMESTIC GAS PROJECTS - EAST DOMGAS (AGBADA) PROJECT
Position: Senior project controls reporting
Project Description: The scope of work for the Eastern Domestic Gas Interim Project - Agbada NAG includes:
Sub-Surface Scope: To ensure the delivery of the additional 80/100 MMscf/d of gas from the Agbada field. Drill and complete two NAG wells in Q1/Q2 2011 on the G6000 & G8000 reservoirs with individual potentials of 50 MMscf/d.
Surface Scope:
FLOWLINES: Lay 2 nos. 8” x 6.5km carbon steel NAG flowlines and Fibre Optics Cable from Agbada-1 to Agbada-2 NAG plant (including well hook-up) in Q4 2011, Install a corrosion inhibitor system in Agbada-1 plus 2" x 1.5km flowline, a kill manifold and tubings to take the inhibitor to the 2 NAG wellheads and Installation of pigging and end facilities at Agbada-1 and Agbada-2.
FACILITIES: Purchase and Installation of 2 by 40MMscf/d (80MMscf/d) NAG processing plant complete with inlet gas heating, gas/liquid separation, dehydration, dew point control, metering, gas/condensate stabilization, liquid export pumping, and corrosion inhibition at Agbada-2, Installation of 0.5MMscf/d gas booster compression package to gather surge vessel gas at Agbada-2 and 3 months Reliability test of completed and commissioned plant by the Contractor.
Project Cost: 209.5 million US dollars

DOMESTIC GAS PROJECTS - Forcados Yokri Integrated Project (FYIP)

Project Description: The project objective is to export gas to Domestic gas market via the ELPS. The project scope now includes existing facilities integrity upgrade, a NAG well to boost gas supply volume, gas treatment to Domgas spec and supply to the Domestic gas grid (ELPS). The Project will also act as a hub for other fields’ gas export to Domgas.
Project Cost: 1210.9 million US dollars

DOMESTIC GAS PROJECTS - Southern Swamp AGS Project (SSAGS+)
Position: Senior project controls reporting
Project Description: SSAGS+ aims to deliver 100 MMscf/d gas supply to the Nigerian domestic gas market, while providing AG solutions to secure NFA production (140 MMbbl + 97 Bcfof AG) within the Swamp II nodes well as develop 130 MMbbl new oil and 347 Bscf (AG + NAG).

Condensate Handling and Storage Facilities
Position: Senior project controls reporting
Project Description: Installation of condensate storage and handling facilities at Utorogu, Sapele, and Oben Gas Plants to provide buffer storage and export of produced condensate from Utorogu, Sapele, and Oben Gas Plants.

ELECTRICAL INTERDEPENDENCY PROJECTS (NEMBE)
Position: Senior project controls reporting
Project Description: As part of SPDC strategy of managing the environment continuously to meet ISO/OSHAS requirements, it has been decided to gradually phase out diesel driven generators from her facilities, replacing them with gas generators of higher capacities and efficiencies with very low pollution of the environment. The excess power generated will be used to supply electricity to host/nearby communities, thus achieving Interdependency.
Project Cost: - VOWD, Oct 11 approximately 5.0 million US dollars.

Afam F5 Reservoir Development Project
Position: Senior project controls reporting
Project Description: This development plan is a concurrent oil & gas development and consists of the following:
Drilling and completion of three development wells (one gas, one oil and one swing oil/gas) in year 2011; contributing peak oil and gas rates of 6,300 bopd and 80 MMscf/d respectively.
Project Cost: - VOWD, Oct 11 approximately 34.0 million US dollars.
