July, 2010 - Responsible to review, control and monitor the updated Schedule given by the Contractor and compare to the Baseline Schedule
- Responsible to analyze the progress trend and perform forecast analysis of the updated schedule
- Communicate with the Contractor for any negative trends that will lead the project to delay and propose actions to tackle it.
- Review Weekly Project Report given by Contractor
- Responsible to create, control and monitor Installation & Commissioning Schedule for Drilling Equipment as the OFE Item
- Responsible to develop WBS, resources, weight factor, sequence logic and create S-Curve. Control and monitor the progress in weekly basis
- Reporting directly to Project Manager
- Responsible to create Weekly Project Status Report
