- Compile, review and analyze projects and operation plans from related projects, departments to develop and update overall operating plan.
- Develop guidelines and procedure for the role of planning and control within organization.
- Collecting project and operation progress，tracking the implementation and its difference, issuing overall operating progress report.
- Assist to achieve projects and departments milestones and assignments.
- Provide and update for the overall field plans progress according to the needs of Operating Division and field development committee.
- Participate in establishing and improving project and operation plan and progress tracking management procedure
