• Monitoring work for compliance with relevant codes, quality standards and accepted engineering practices - ensuring all activity complies with drawings & specifications.
• Review of tender documents and BOQ.
• Participating in client / contractor meetings and resolving engineering and management issues.
• Planning and tracking of construction schedule based on baseline programme.
• Administered defect repair works for structures.
• Involved in maintenance scheduling, budgeting and estimation of project activities
• Involved in the specialist activities such as post tensioning and pre-stressing.
• Review of Shop drawings submitted by the contractor with respect to design drawings
• Knowledge of concrete technology and construction
• Liaising with local government or regulatory authorities in the construction of works.
• Monitored accuracy of computations, basic layout and design work from the field and survey data.
• Prepared contract reviews and documents for projects.
