ª  Calculation and use of Schedule Var. and Cost Var., Cost Performance Index, ETC, and EAC with

ª  the objective of offering a project progress status with an integrated view of cost and progress.

ª  WBS definition, phased budget allocation using estimates and baseline schedule.

ª  Updating project progress for each element of Project WBS at a detailed level in each project phase:

ª  Engineering (at document level), Procurement ( from RFQ issue to Site delivery) and construction.

 

ª  Assessing Contract Department regarding Payment terms and conditions, progress measurement,

ª  Milestones and penalties, Delivery Program for Client Equipments to contractors, etc

ª  Assessing Procurement Department in negotiating premiums for critical equipments PO’s.

ª  Developing and reviewing schedules (Master and Detailed Schedules).

ª  Carrying out all activities related to Cost Control and Reporting (Commitments, Actual Cost, ETC and

        Forecasts).

ª  Carrying out all Procurement activities from RFQ receipt to Procurement expediting and Site delivery

        of Equipment).

ª  Coordinating and Supervising Project Planning and Control Teams (Planners, Cost Controllers and

        Quantity Surveyors).

ª  Definition of contractual strategies for Project bidding

ª   Responsible for preparation of detailed master construction programs.

ª  Responsible for preparation & updation of detailed resources schedule of the project.

ª  Monitoring and preparing weekly progress reports in line with master construction program.

ª  Responsibility for developing for baseline clause 14 Programs (resource / cost loaded)

ª   Submission of MIS report as per the schedule.

ª  Timely updation & forecasting report related to delay, over budgeting to the concerned project team.

ª  Timely reporting of project progress and delay. Delay Analysis.

ª  Resolving issues on delay & timely completion.

ª  Preparation of Extension Of Time Claim.

ª  Reviewing of Subcontractor Programme with Baseline Programme.

ª  Analysing the delays and advising the mitigation measure to Project Team

ª  Reviewing the progress of subcontractors along with consultant / client in progress meeting.
