·          To help writing Work instructions for Project controls. Inter project links, Change control procedure for project schedules.

·          Worked with all the lead schedulers from all 7 domestic agencies to bring all the schedules to the same level of standard.

·          To work directly with IT team and act as an interface between the Project controls and IT to develop reporting system to support monthly integration cycle.

·          To develop and test the horizontal and vertical integration routines in coordination with IT developer and section leader of project controls.

·          To work during the integration cycle to see through the integration process and make sure the schedules have doesn’t slip with respect to SMP.

·          To coordinate with Budget and Procurement on regular basis to keep track all the contracts to see if the schedules are in line with the budgets allocated and speck the real situation.

·          To develop functional specifications for reporting system on ICT errors, and change controls and to make monthly checks make sure that the schedules are maintained with respect to quality and standards of ITER organisation.
