Duties Details :

• Prepare complete baseline Construction Programme  of the job-on-hand project using Primavera software and to be forwarded to Planning Manager for final review.
• Updating the Progress of Work through approved Construction Programme and prepare comparative report between the Actual Work Done against the Planned.
• Preparing Weekly & Monthly Reports base on the updates actual progress of Work.
• Monitor and preparing a brief report on the status of the projects to the Project Manager. It includes the reason of having a less production and forecasted issues which may delay for the Completion of the Project. 
• Report to the Project Managers on any deviations from the planned dates and ensure that corrective measures are being introduced to mitigate delays in every aspect of project execution.
• Provide project updates and forecast by actively participating in project progress meetings.
• Generate periodic progress reports such as bar charts, s-curves, construction manpower histograms, cash flow status, and monthly look-ahead planned.

-    Analyze scope changes and report time impacts to the manager.
