  • Preparing Master Schedule maintaining coordination with other groups including MEP works (submitted to to Client & other groups).
  • Time schedule negotiation with the client for EOT.
  • What if analysis for critical works & assisting technical & Managing team to choose the most appropriate solution to confirm with client requirements & project time constraints.

  • Preparing the master Schedule for Cairo Metro line 3 Phase 1 & 2 (Civil Works -Internal).
  • What IF analysis to any urgent situations.
  • Preparation of special coordination schedules to show interface of civil works & other Groups of Trades.
  • Preparing Weekly and monthly progress reports.
