Design Engineering ,Procurement ,Construction and Commissioning of Kero Treatment Unit ,Sulpher Recovery Unit ,

FCC LPG Treatment Unit, FCC Light Naptha Treatment Unit, Alkylation Unit ,Butane Isomerisation Unit ,Spent Acid Regenaration, Flue Gas Desulphurisation Unit.

Responsibilities :

·         Project Planning ,Scheduling,Budgeting &Monitoring . Project Scheduling by Primavera-P6

·         Delay analysis ad contractual correspondence with the client

·         Preparation DPR & DLR of Sites and submit to RO

·         Preparation of MIS, MOM.

·         Steel reconciliation & preparing status report of project & labour percentage. 

·         Preparation of revised schedule as required & maintaining drawing register.

·         Planning Budget, Cash in-flow & out flow.
