àPlanning & Scheduling

  • Prepare L-2, L-3Network for Construction activities
  • Prepare Preliminary schedule for EPC Project
  • Prepare revised schedules.

  

àReviewing & reporting

  • Updating of Project Progress Daily,Weekly,Monthly
  • Updating of Milestone & achievement of the Project
  • Preparation of Monthly reports & Progress measurements using S-Curves
  • Prepare Deviation report with schedule in respect of Time,Cost,Quality & Quantity
  • Preparation for the Board Level Meetings
  • Monitoring the Monthly turn over
  • Monitoring the corrective actions achieved identified for achieving the targets
  • Monitoring the Commissioning activities and report
  • Preparation of Man Power histogram
  • Preparation of Power Point Presentation reports

 

 àCoordination & Follow up Efforts

  • Co-ordination with EPC/Client/vendor for speedy resolution
  • Follow up with SCM for timely availability of sequential Material/components and finalization of orders
  • Co-ordination with the technical team for Drawing & site activities
  • Co-ordination with Finance department for Bills & client billing
  • Follow up with clients/vendors regarding site activities.
