Prepare and develop the internal technical audit for projects in the United States, Canada (Toronto) and South America (Chile & Argentina). Responsibilities include to assess the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes and to provide insight and recommendations that can enhance these processes, particularly relating to effectiveness of operations, reliability of costs management and reporting compliance with procedures and regulations of Dragados - Construction Projects Cost: over $4 Billion. (11/2018 – Present).
- Senior Project Control Scheduler & Costs Estimator – HAKS Const. Mgmt. – (1) Bridge Repairs and Resurfacing NJTA T100.379 and NJDOT: (1) Route 206 over Stony Brook; (2) Route 72 Ash Road; (3) Route 31 Flemington Circle to Payne Rd.; (4) Route 22 WB Bridge over Ramp; (5) Crash cushion Replacement; (6) Route 95M-295; (7) Route 130; (8) Route 179 - New Jersey. Serving as the Client Senior Project Controls for 9 Projects. Scope of work involves isolated deteriorated concrete bridge deck repairs; repairing concrete deck and roadway spalls; repairing and reconstructing deck joints; repairing headers; removing asphalt; placing new substructure membrane waterproofing; blast cleaning and painting of existing structural steel; cleaning of bridge drainage systems; structural steel repairs; bearings replacement. The work also includes: bearing repairs and miscellaneous repairs and other incidental work, and providing maintenance and protection of traffic measures in Counties in New Jersey.Responsibilities include assist project manager in reviewing and recommending approval / revision / rejection of the Contractor’s detailed project baseline schedules; monitor, track, and report on monthly update progress schedules for compliance with the construction contract in accordance with the Critical Path Method to assure on-time project completion; conduct time impact analysis; identify and advise management on various types of potential delays as well as approve recovery schedules. Reviewing and recommending approval/revision/rejection of the contractor’s change orders in compliance with the construction contract specifications, review and prepare independent cost estimation for change orders, change orders log and cost control. - Construction Projects Cost: $65 Million. - Senior Project Control Scheduler & Costs Estimator – HAKS Const. Mgmt.- TBTA – Sandy Restoration and Projects BB28, Phase II/BB-54, Rehabilitation of the Tunnel & Brooklyn Plaza at the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel - New York. Serving as the Client Senior Project Controls for this Contract. The scope of work of this combined contract includes performed restoration work for: 1) Contract BB-28S & BB-28 Phase II: Tunnel – Manhattan Blower Building (MBB) – Manhattan Cellular Structures – Manhattan Underground Exhaust Building (MUEB) – Governors Island Ventilation Building (GIVB) – Brooklyn Ventilation Building (BVB) – Brooklyn Service Building (BSB) – Brooklyn Plaza Pump Station (BPPS) – Miscellaneous work; 2) Contract BB-54: Brooklyn Plaza. Responsibilities include reviewing and recommending approval/revision/rejection of the contractor’s change orders in compliance with the construction contract specifications, review and prepare independent cost estimation for change orders; and cost estimate for acceleration schedule; monitor, track, and report on monthly update progress schedules for cost –resources compliance with the baseline acceleration schedule to assure on-time project completion (8 months compressed).–Construction Projects Cost: $300 Million. - Senior Project Control Costs Estimator & Scheduler support – HAKS Const. Mgmt. - Metro North Railroad, Flood Repairs at St. George Interlocking, Staten Island, NYCTA-T8276, New York. Serving as the Client Senior Project Controls for this Contract. The scope of work consists of complete modernization and replacement of the St. George Interlocking. This includes replacement of all ballast, track, ties, contact rail, bumper blocks, lubricators and switches within the limits of the project; replacement of the slip switches layout with a diamond crossover. Responsibilities include reviewing and recommending approval/revision/rejection of the contractor’s change orders in compliance with the construction contract specifications, review and prepare independent cost estimation for change orders, change orders log and cost control; monitor, track, and report on monthly update progress schedules for cost –resources compliance with the construction contract to assure on-time project completion. Represent company and/or project meeting with owner, representatives and contractors as required. –Construction Projects Cost: $79 Million. (04/2015 – 09/2017)
